KNOW-HOW3000 News

The KNOW-HOW3000 News present posts from TAs, Sector- and Programme Coordinators and the Knowledge Management Team as well as other members of the KH3000 community about current activities and developments, gives personal insights into the projects and Partner Organisations, discusses technical topics, challenges and solutions concerning the daily life of TAs and partners and offers the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge. The news contents therefore specifically address the HORIZONT3000 knowledge community consisting of TAs, H3 staff, Partner Organisations and Member Organisations. Contents are presented in English and Spanish to effectively reach these target groups.

    Published: July 8, 2020; Every year the US Department of State produces the “Trafficking in Persons Report” that asses the efforts done by governments around the globe in combating human trafficking and modern slavery. The report is one of the most important annual publications in the comparative assessment of global efforts against human trafficking.

The project promotes and strengthens public participation of grassroots women, youth, marginalized and indigenous people in public finance management for effective service delivery and reduced social inequalities in the two counties of Muranga and Laikipia.

More than half of the refugees fled from conflicts in South Sudan and are settled in the Northern Region of the country.     Published: July 21, 2022; Young Africa Agri-Tech is an agricultural training centre for disadvantaged youths. We have recently put some emphasis on planting trees, as shade is badly needed. Trees also serve other useful purposes such as fruit production, sustainable land use, and biodiversity.
