One of the most significant moments in the Launch of the HORIZONT3000 Regional Programme 2023-2026 was the handing over of the Project Agreements to the Partner Organisations by the Regional Director for Central America, Christina Hoernicke, the Sector Coordinator for Rural Development & Natural Resources Management, Martina Luger, and the Programme Coordinator for Guatemala and El Salvador, Imelda Sajquim.
