HORIZONT3000 partner organisations from Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua are participating in a 3-day workshop. It is part of the programme “Gender as a transformative approach in project management and organisational development in Central America” and is aimed at strengthening the technical and institutional capacities of partner organisations on gender mainstreaming.
