Eva Gaderer worked with HORIZONT3000 as a Technical Advisor (TAs) for several partner organisations in Central America regarding topics related to public relations, communication and resource mobilisation. She created an interview series with TAs working with partner organisations in Central America in order to provide insights into their work and projects. In this interview TA Lisa Hochfellner and Cristian Serrano Santos from the partner organisation FUNDESYRAM talk about their work and projects and about how agroecology and topics like social work, gender issues and working with youth groups are all interrelated.
