In July 2023, technical advisor Renate Sova conducted two workshops with partner organisation Ixoqib’ Miriam in Guatemala to improve teamwork and communication. The workshops were conducted using playful means and systemic education to ensure everyone’s participation and thus strengthen the team collectively.
