At the Launch of the HORIZONT3000 Regional Programme, all Partner Organisations arrived to present their new projects, as well as the Regional Director for Central America, Christina Hoernicke, the Sector Coordinator for Rural Development & Natural Resource Management, Martina Luger, and the Programme Coordinator for Guatemala and El Salvador, Imelda Sajquim and all TAs.
