Eva Gaderer worked with HORIZONT3000 as a Technical Advisor (TAs) for several partner organisations in Central America regarding topics related to public relations, communication and resource mobilisation. She created an interview series with TAs working with partner organisations in Central America in order to provide insights into their work and projects. In this interview TA Wolfgang Krenmayr talks about his work with the partner organisation Tierra Nuestra. They support peasants – above all women and youth in rural areas. Strengthening the technical and systematic capacities of the team is crucial in order to improve the human rights situation of the local, Guatemalan and especially the indigenous population.
